Items we are working on ; t shirts, opening a bank account, road trips, car shows.

Membership dues are 90.00 per year.

We need to fill these positions; Vice President, Secretary, board members.

Howdy all. I'm a soon to be Camaro owner (sometime this week!) and new to this thread. Just wanted to let everyone know that I started a new thread for recommendations on who to do business with in Houston. It's a brand new thread so we have a ways to go to populate the referral list but I think it'll be a good resource for all of us "local" folks to have. I am sure it was, did you all get to park together at the restaurant? Also, were there any new members there or only from our last meeting? I wasn't sure if anything was posted where new people may have seen it or not.

I met a fellow Camaro owner on Sunday morning at Taqueria Del Sol on Park Place (just in case you are lurking out there) and I asked him if he had heard of this site and he said yes, he looks at it all the time. But he has never registered and posted. Soooooooo....

Hey everyone, I finally did it, I am officially a Camaro5.com member. After months of reading all the cool stuff you guys are doing to your cars. I feel like I know more about your cars than I do about my own. Now just have to figure out how to keep up with all these posts, and PMs.

Also, I am looking forward to my first meet. I’ll keep my eyes open for the details.

Welcome Cyberman!!! Very glad you found my post, and hopefully you are able to make our next meet. It is going to be on September 19th at Champion Chevrolet in Sugarland on Highway 6. I believe we are planning a run on the 20th down to Kemah, but the details aren't lined out yet I don't believe. I am sure that will be advised and discussed on the 19th. Anyway, welcome to Camaro 5, and hopefully soon to the Camaro club!!!

Good day everyone.. well evening now I suppose.

I just wanted to drop in and say hello. I just ordered my 1SS/RS today and hope to see yall out on the streets... eventually. I am VERY new to the platform and V8s in general, but I am fortunate enough to have a group of friends who know a thing or two about them.

As for the screen name, I have always been a VAG fan and have been my entire driveable career. Infact this is my first car with an engine bigger than 1.8L
