I think you should ask the dealer before buying and installing a set...

Depends. If where your from is like California, the dealer has to prove that what you did to the car caused the malfunction. i.e. if you put headers on the car and the calipers bust in half... I doubt thats because you added headers. But if you added headers and say you did not reroute a cable or something like that properly and you fried something, etc... good luck trying to convince them it was not your fault for installing the headers.

The exhaust portion yes for sure it's gone. Any problem with your cats and muffer, egr are on you after that.
