Will this make a big difference in sound on 1lt rs?
Wanna kno if this is worth the buy and will it make that much of a difference.

Looks and sound, yes. Performance will only come by way of the shedding the factory trash can weight. Full cat-back systems will net you gains in hp.

It has mufflers but imo sounds raspy and has some drone...I would recommend the MRT V2...

I got the MRT 2.0 a lot of people are having drone issues with them though. Doesnt really bug me too much i usually got my music pretty loud anyways but if you get them and cant deal with the drone then you can add a Helmholtz pipe.
