4mm diameter with 0.7mm pitch threads. At Ace hardware they'll be 4x0.7mm x length. 60mm long should be plenty. If you can't find them let me know and I can send you some.

Yeah having the Bowie covered is going to be an issue for me. Looks great but keeping the Bowie mod is a must. Otherwise looks great

I'm able to make these using stamped or diecast aluminum here in the US because my family owns a factory where they do that type of work. A plastic injection molded part could be made that might look better. Problem is that I'd have to have that made in China due to the extreme injection mold tooling costs here in the US.
Cool Steve,
Looks good on installed on the Hood!

Yea, the trim ring is not going to work for those of you with bow-tie inserts. We're honestly out of ideas for making the trim ring such that it doesn't overlap the bow-tie.

Steve...LUV UR Hex Vents but I like my bowtie emblem so I shortened the thread lengths on the raincatchers studs and butted the catchers up against my liner which I had wrapped in carbonfiber cloth and it works real well;looks good and received many compliments on the vents.

But thanks for still improving on UR products and UR future ones still in your thought process...We depend on smart guys like U to transfer our imaginary designs to the real car world
