I ended up having to get mine painted on the front. If you're scared of scratching them, I wouldn't worry too much. Then again, I don't use the arm rest. It's unlikely you'll scratch them if you exercise even a small amount of control.

I think I'm Gunna just give in and paint the outside of the dash trim, it'll just match better that way

As for my doors I don't know what I want except that I wanna keep my ABL, saw a members here that had a star wars vinyl custom made so been thinking about something similar not star wars but something different

Just throwing out an idea but I will post pics of my dash when I'm done

I used the Krud-Kutter Graffiti remover instead of nail polish remover. I used the steel wool and wet sanded a little with 2000 grit sandpaper before polishing.

That's just the photo quality, man. If you took your car into his garage and used his camera, it would look the same.

At best, there's a natural shine dressing on there. Meguiar's "Natural Shine" interior protectant is a good one, but the best interior protectant is Ultima Ultimate Interior Guard. Expensive, but it enriches the trim's color without adding extra gloss.

THIS!

Also from 'Krylon' is the "Fusion" line of paint for plastics.. Sunbeam is THE color to go with for a close match to the GM Rally Yellow!

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Krylon-12-...nbeam/17253592

It's damn near spot on.

For RJT I went to a automotive paint shop local to me with the code and they made a couple spray cans for me, if you have trouble finding you color I would try that if you have that option

I've failed at this mod like 3 times now

I tried painting the outside twice 1st time sanded down with scotch bright then bull dog primer then paint and it looked like an alligator skin, 2nd time I sanded with 600 grit sand paper and same problem but not as much

Any help??
