Auto Start

Does anyone know if the option "Auto Start" was available in 2012 for the ZL1?

You mean "remote start"? If so, yes on the Automatics, but not the manuals.

I wouldn't think remote start would ever be offered on the manual would it?

Doesn't seem like that would be a good thing.

It is possible and there are places that can/will do this install for a manual vehicle. See this site to get an idea of the safety precautions that have to be considered for remote starting a manual transmission car.

Thats what I was thinking, I mean the chances that you dont happen to leave it in neutral or something would be to high...its like locking your door, its habit and I do it without thinking, but every once in a blue moon Im thinking of something else or in a hurry and i forget...
