They are, but I will tell you I didn't notice any difference in my lap times because of it. The only thing I gained was WAY better tire wear.

I doubt the little height will effect times much. I already feel the car sits to high. I want to lower it 1/2 inch. Sorry... hopefully someone will want them.

I am glad to hear it helps tire wear. I plan to order a set soon.
