You coming out to Rodgers in May? I wont be at Rodgers this year. My Grandpa pasted away on March 12 this year. I inherited his 2011 Camaro convertible so I am going to Florida that weekend to drive it back. So yes I will have 2 Camaro's
now.

you mean the lights? No not at this time, Oh and if I was to do it again, I would probably do red, matches the interior lights this way. I went with blue to match all the lights I added, but those are not on at night and the interior ones are and they are red. But only 1 person knows this and it will be me.

So sorry to hear about your family loss. My prayers and thoughts go out to you and your loved ones. Very cool that you will have his Camaro to remember him.

Drove my freshly detailed Camaro to the club meeting this past Friday night, Raining the entire time. I figured it was time to get back to driving my Camaro so why not. Yes it got very dirty, but this is no garage queen. This is a use it as much as I can short of driving during the salt and snow season.

I was able to detail it up again on Saturday.

With all my current mods completed, and wish list completed. There is nothing further to do at this time for my Camaro.

So here are a some photos showing the latest exterior mods and how she looks now.

Any chance you have any pictures of how you installed the cup holder lights? Or is there a DIY you followed? looking at getting their footwells and cup holder lights soon.

Sorry no. I remembered I wanted to take pictures and create a DIY for this one when I was all done.........

However, if you do an advanced search for "cup holder" in the title, you will find plenty of threads on the subject. Scroll thru them for other ideas too.

In the meantime I can write up the following.

Remove the center side panel on the driver’s side. Held in place with clips. This comes out easy, but just be careful so as not to break any tabs, etc.

The plate sits in the bottom of the hole. I drilled a hole in each cup holder area near the center rib section so that the wire can pass thru to the bottom. (You cannot see any wires from above on mine).

The package provided gives you everything. Required.

Run the wires thru the hole and connect to the correct piece, plug those together and move towards the traction control button.

It is here at this location you T-Tap the wires into the traction control. See other threads for further help on which wires to use.

The center console piece needs to be popped up too. Again see other links for further assistance.

Total time for me was maybe 30 minutes. Rather easy once I did all the research on how it works out.

Good Luck and I hope this helped further.

Thanks for the tip and I will be sure to find those threads when I get a minute.

I'm planning on doing them together with the footwells some time in the near future. I might upgrade the rear end links first though.

NP, let me know if you still need more help with this one. I will see what else I can do for pictures, write-ups, or links to threads.

Spent the day yesterday at the Rodger's Camaro show. I did another dyno pull and have included the video and some photos from myself and one I borrowed from my friend Tim.

Dyno numbers are not as good as two years ago at this event, but it is within 2%.

Last two are in front of my High School, on the way home from the show I took my son thru my old neighborhood and stopped for a photo shoot.
