I think most wish you the best and are looking forward to your next build. It is an awesome car and from what I've read on C5 the boys over at ADM build a kick ass car and are well thought of here on the forum.

I can tell you that I ran a speeds shop for years and customers would buy and sell stuff all the time. Hell some of them sold the cars while we were still working on them and I was always glad to see they were happy with our work and my first question was always "So, what are building next for you?" Some of us are a bit A.D.D and we change cars like some folks change shirts and that's just how we are. It's all good and I say just keep the fun going as long as you are loving it and have no regrets.

Congrats on the sale and let's talk next build now shall we?

on3wego,

You said "Stuff has gone on at home and needing to sell". That lets us know that you had to sell it. A company should get upset if the car was totalled or sold for parts after they built it. Selling it to someone else to enjoy is a "don't care" as it means its running and someone can take care of it.

Recommend waiting until you can work on a project again and talk to them directly.
You do not want to discuss the details on a public forum as we'll give our uninformed opinions, jump to conclusions, and vent personal issues unrelated to the topic.

Car's already sold. Let sleeping dogs lie.

Disagree.

If he just took it apart and sold the parts, then yes. If the car is going to a nice home, that's all they would care about it. Its still building it for "people".

I remember Stacey David (from Gearz and Trucks! tv shows) said in the beginning, all his unique truck projects got sent to the crusher (about 10 or less)! The manufacturers couldn't accept them back. Now he just builds customer projects only.

I'v already tried talking to them directly for a later date....nothing. so I guess IL just drop the worrying and guess IL have to research and try find a different shop to go to.

Like Trackman and everyone else thinks I should find somwhere else to go. Wasn't starting no drama or any bs. I just don't like the best shop I'v had blow me off for selling a car. Wounds heal. Like stated before had no disrespect towards them. Idk what the hell is going on really. It's not like I sold the car to make a profit off them.

The quality of adm's work is top notch. We all know that. But having to deal with customers on an every day basis is hard to keep up with and making everyone completely happy is even harder. Certain people are really hard to deal with also. Yes everyone has there right to there opinion on there own car. It is there money. Yes. I agree there. But some people push you too far. Have it being constant phone calls, emails , or maybe hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of texts in a short period. You know who you are! Some need to get the hint and move on. Don't go away mad... just go away. People have family's and children that they need to take care of and spend life with. Not have to constantly deal with certain people that don't lay off and listen to the experts with hundreds of builds and endless experience and knowledge. Learn from you own mistakes and don't keep repeating them. Word travels and you will end up on the black list. End this saga now and save yourself before you get thrown out there with the truth. Just my .02!

I agree. Did that happen? Who knows. But if they don't return your calls, yea, move on.

I'm pretty sure on3wego got the hint. Good luck on the next project.

Yal don't know what's going on exactly. Yea may have texted or sent couple emails bur that's it. Not hounding or anything.

And what mistakes are you talking about learning from? Selling the car? Seriously..people swll and buy cars all the time. Don't see why my deal is so important to get comments like this. And so your calling me a liar huh? Go ahead and tell whatever truth yal think. Which yal don't know what are talking about in the first place.. just making comments to get attention and drama. Grow up a little.

If you don't know the situation... don't comment. Your opinion isn't needed here
