I went from a Camaro to 2 turbo inline 6 BMW's (11 335is, 13 335i M Sport) and am back to the V8. German cars are fun but i got no thrill out of them compared to the RWD V8 cars. You'll likely get pretty board pretty quick so I hope you leased it. But have fun while it lasts Aren't those things front wheel drive though??

I wonder, and this is just me wondering out loud, if the ZL1 was more what you were looking for? The 1LE is historically track focused and fairly hardcore. Before 1996 you couldn't even get A/C.

I hope so! If I'm EVER going to leave a fat V8 for any reason (newborn, etc) I'll go with a V6.

The 4 cylinder just doesn't cut it for that particular car. Look at the seats, very nice seats! lol

I actually really really didn't like the CLA until I drove the dam thing. Don't knock it till you try it. It's manic. Every time you start the thing, you feel like your about to rob a bank plus the interiors waaay past the Camaro. I love all types of performance cars. I'm not a little fanboi like some. I drive the C450, almost fell asleep. I love the C63 but it would have been$10k more. Thanks for adj the info guys.

Very nice choice and see you had\have a G37S, I have a 2012 X Sport. How does the Benz compare since Infiniti seems to be too little to late with the Q50 400 besides over priced?

It's in a completely different league tab the Infiniti. Interiors really nice, way more torque down low than the Infiniti which you can enjoy at every light vs having to wind out your engine to redline to have fun. It's a CLA 45 AMG. I never liked the fugly melted back end but the black hides it very well. From the front, it kind of looks like a CL63 from certain angles. Infiniti dropped the ball big time. I hate the dildo shifter in the Q50 Red Sport. I've already had a few young hot babes flash their boobs at me driving past. Still love the Camaro and that insane V8 but maybe next time(unless I go for the C63S coupe).

If it's a C450, then good deal... If it's a CLA45.... ehh, don't think I'd have made that trade.


However it sounds like you wanted a cushy ride and bragging rights, not actual track time, so you'll likely be just fine

thebiglubinsky I move on from my 2013 1le knees are starting to go but I when with one of these . 415 hp LS3 , rear wheel drive , MRC shock ,NPP ex.
chevy had them on sell for $ 10,000 dollars off MSRP so the 50k car when down to a 40k car . I got 750 miles on it and its bad ass.
