I always change both, since there isn't any miles on it thats why i was wondering.

As well,i did a rear end oil search and it sent me back here,so question #3 i want to run synthetic in my rear end,i plan on tracking at least 3 times per year, what kind, and viscosity do i want to run?
Just switch to a first class racing oil like I did. Put TORCO in it. Their main office is actually in Rancho Cucamonga so you can go there and they'll get you everything you need; engine, trans and diff plus friction modifier for the diff. Since you're trying to protect a priceless collector's item (YOUR Camaro) get a new filter too; they're not that expensive and it's worth the peace of mind.

Lots of great reads when the snow is falling.
What is this "snow" you speak of?
