No 2SS 1LE. Its Been Fun Guys
So this happened... I was hoping for a 2SS 1LE but since it's not happening, I decided to look into other performance cars. Couldn't pass on the deal. I just wish GM wanted my money ;-( I still love the Camaro though, just wanted a little something more than the SS(recaros, e-diff, microfiber wheel, blind spot monitor!?!).

Nice ride man!!!! If I could sleep at night with a payment like that, I would have had a C63 AMG a long time ago.
Enjoy it man!

That doesn't look like a C63. I believe it's the CLA45.

I almost got a cla45. The 2017 coming out in a couple months was going to be my next car, but I didn't want to wait for it so I drove the Camaro and fell in love.

I don't "get" the 2SS gripes. Don't see why you would give up V8 RWD and better weight distribution for transverse engine Haldex to get a better stereo and some butt coolers. Those seats are nice though.

Good call, that makes a lot more sense. Camaro SS and C63 AMG are not typically cross shopped hahahaha!

Do you really need the blind spot monitoring, heated/cool steering wheel, cross traffic alert, all the gadgets of the 2SS on the track? The 1LE is a track focus car so why would GM charge an extra arm and a leg to have those features? The price will be close to the C7 territory. Yes, it's nice to have the all the bells and whistles and that's what the 2SS is for lol Also, no way in hell would I choose a CLA45 AMG 4 banger over a V8 LT1. Well, not if performance is what you're really chasing. |

I test drove a CLA45 AMG...was fun for a fling but I didn't like it. I was going to trade in my Charger, but I'm glad I kept it and bought the Camaro. Way overpriced new for what you get. Hope you found a used '16 since they have more power - but then again, that was one thing that really worried me...too much power being pumped out of a little 4 banger. Honestly, I would've found a used C63 AMG or even an E class AMG instead of this. I guess this isn't bad if you need AWD since your options are limited until the RS3 is out. I just don't understand why you even wanted an 1LE if you bought this? A regular 2SS is closer than this is. Something tells me you were fooled by the 0-60 time into thinking it's a real sports car.

4 banger? Have fun watching the Camaro's tail lights. Oh, and as Mikhail Prokhorov so astutely said: "Don't let the door hit you where the good lord split you"
