Camaro didn't have the OEM tires on.. weird. I like PSS's, but they're really not nearly as sticky as the SuperCar 3's.

That same track with the same drive the GT350 ran 1:21.4 so the GT350 was like 1 1/2 sec. slower than the 1ss 1le 1:19.89 test of the GT350

Did you confirm that it's the same track? That's what I was just going to go looking for. I know it's just numbers, but I can't help but feel some pride in owning a car that out lapped a GT350 for a lot less money Nigel Last edited by Whitespeed; 08-02-2018 at 09:58 PM. |

While it's nice to see a comparison, I do not think it was fair for the 1LE to be handicapped with inferior tires.
I think the lap times, the Camaro front turn-in, and the rear being more planted would have all been better with the GY F1 3 stock tires

If you look at the fastest lap times for both cars their test showed similar results.

PSS is a great tire but OEM tire would have been at least 1sec faster imo.

Now to be fair the GT350 was modded by its owner( my be slower than stock now ) and I think the 1LE was also modded ( don't think that was a stock ex ) But its still fun to look at the number all in fun .
