Side gills

Hey guys, I'm looking to get some type of insert for the side gills but do not want a sticker. I have seem the chrome insert, but am looking for something similar but just in a flat black. Any ideas?

Hello.

Just ordered these for my car, and they look really cool on the websites.
I've already gotten the DefenderWorx metal black bowties and SS logos, and they look great and are high quality replacements.
They are a little expensive, but they come with a 4 year warranty and I think they are the way to go.
Hope this helps.

p.s.-I also highly recommend LMPerformance, they are great to deal with and are very price competitive.

Thanks for the good words Pitttbulll! And yes, all of our products are CNC machined from the highest quality 100% aircraft grade aluminum billet. Built to last. 4 year warranty. They are also a GM Official Licensed Product (one side vent insert on each side has the Chevy bowtie emblem on it). Call or email with any questions!

Try Emblempros.com. They are nice gills, not too expensive, and definitely more professional looking than stickers...

(That's my car in the pics, with the grey gills, but I have since traded the gills for the flat black ones cause it better matched... PM me if you want more pics and NO I don't work for emblempros...)

The only other thing I have seen close to the original 69 style gills is a photochop from Revolution Super Sport. No word if they are actually making this or not. I'd love to see these on my 2K10!

We make them in mirror 100 % reflective stainless steel, and many many colors.
Black is available, in two different styles. $59.99 plus $5.60 shipping.
Please let me know.

I made mine from thin flat and black body trim molding. used a hair dryer for the slight curve and cut the angle with household scissors.8 bucks for 12 ft roll.

Thanks

I saw you don't want vinyl, but we guarantee the vinyl gills for 5 years and they cost $23.96 for a pair after the "camaro5" coupon code. Some of the ebay stores are selling poor quality product and giving vinyl a bad name, we only use 3M or Avery material. We also have a carbon fiber option that gives the gills some depth.
