Does anyone know who makes these wheels? I want them on my Camaro! Any help would be appreciated.

No I don't.
IMO those are way too similar to the factory SS wheels to warrant spending the dough on the swap. They are nice though.

True...but if I want chrome wheels that look like the originals, like I do, I either buy these, or wait years until Chevrolet offers chrome wheels as an option. Or get stock wheels chromed which is almost as expensive as buying after market wheels. I like what I like and I like CHROME! And yes they are nice. The SEMA LS7 Camaro wheels are nice too. To bad you can't get them in chrome either!! GM ARE YOU LISTENING GUYS? PLEASE!!!

I wouldn't doubt it, they want to charge farmers $127.00 per dairy cow and $87.00 per beef cattle and $20.00 per pig because they believe their farts are adding to global warming!!

Does anyone know the sizes of the rims and tires that were on the original concept?

It's not as expensive as you think having your stock rims chromed. I can't tell you how much as far as exact money but I know a few who have done it to save money. After a while they will have them in stock already chromed and you just send them yours then they send theirs. Bout a 1 week turn around.

I plan on sending mine out if I don't opt for the 21" option. BTW what a rip. If you get the 21" rim option you shoud at least get to keep your stocks. 4 grand. OUCH!

That is probably what I'll do. I wish someone would tell us WHO did the wheels for the LS7 and the seats for the black SEMA Camaro. Did they come from GMPP skunk works, or did they hire someone? Those wheels and seats on my black Camaro and I would have a Viagra moment! LOL

The 21s are a GMPerformace upgrade. I think thats an outright purchase not a trade. $4000 for an upgrade would be pretty rediculous. On their site its $827 each tires would be about 250-300 each. Factory wheels usually are pretty pricey as well. My 18 factorys are about 400 each so 20s I would think would be about 500-600 each and tires would be 200-300. So 4000 for an upgrade just doesnt sound right.

According to my dealer you get both rims when you upgrade.

Question Chrome Rims from GM (?)

Folks - I have been checking out this site since ordering a Camaro a while back ( 2SS/RS ) Silver Ice / Black Interior, 6.2 with Standard trans. I know you folks have done well to get GM to pay attention to what is desired on the new Camaro, including the introduction of the new blue ext. color. I want, like some others it seems, to have chrome rim options from the factory - has there been any response from GM on this ? Thankyou for any answers...

I haven't heard any response for a LONG time! I've asked this question many times like some others have. GMPP have 21" wheels we can order but none of them are chrome. They show us beautiful wheels on the LS7 camaro but that's as far as it goes. Who ever started the survey as to which color was most popular, how about a survey as to which wheels we are ordering and which wheels we are willing to pay extra for? I'm willing, and from the post I've read, I believe others will be willing too! Chrome wheels please!!
