I love it. It reminds me of a car a girl from my high school drove. It was a 1973 Formula Firebird. It was White with blue stripes and the blue interior. It was just different enough to be really cool. Back then everybody had a Camaro. Except me, I had a Chevelle.
BTW, Thank you Chevrolet for bastardizing my Malibu SS nameplate.

Man LPE knows what they are doing!
Tons of retro inspiration in that baby. Even the fog lights have a retro nod! Don`t really like the blue colored interior, but that`s cause I never liked blue interiors. They almost took a New Challenger approach and made a new car the way people remember the old one, instead of just having a few homages to the heritage like the new `Maro |

Its a nice effort, but there are a few things that bother me. The biggest is the lines of the car. Its a mixture of a first and second generation Trans Am's. They went with the look of a 1970 TA where the lines of the car were completely differant from the '69 model. Had they tried to make this car look more like a '69 TA, I think the out come would have been better. The roof, doors, and rear quarter panels don't match the front.
The double tails lights from the first gen with the spoilor from a second gen. It just does not look right. The biggest problem is the tail light shape is more from a 1978 TA and split into two lights. Again a mixture of 1st and 2nd generations and it dosn't work. Its kind of like the 1993-97 camaro front campared to the 1998-02. The front on the latter years still bothers me. Something about the headlights and front grill that just don't match the rest of the car. Just my opinion...
