There could be a lot of factors. Maxie price has one and some people dont like blind spots in car..some people feel it may not be practical and some may not be able to afford it..there is alot of reason but I do not care..I love my ss and im having the time of my life fixing it up..so enjoy and dont worry about things you cant control..

No Used camaros that ive seen on Long Island...The dealers around here dont even have new ones on the lots... Only one dealer ive seen has them but i heard they were screwing people by tacking on a few grand to the MSRP... Ive seen 2 other on the road besides mine.... Both owned by my buddies..

Found a used one in the paper today:
2SS/RS, Blk ext, Orange Int, orange stripes, M6, 21" chrm whls, sunroof, 2,800 mi.
Asking $38k OBO.
Haven't seen it yet though. Build out online puts MSRP around $42.3K (before price increase).
Think this is a good deal or should I offer less if I like the car?

All depends if you want the 21's or not. Thats a $4,600 option.

If the msrp is 42.3, you could probably get a new one for 40 plus ttl. How much is it worth it to you to have a brand new one?

My local dealer has a 1lt that was a rental. A6, No RS, No convienence group. wants 26K.

I've only seen 2 used Camaros around here and they were both LT's that got traded in for SS's. My Father-in-Law saw someone trade in an SS on a Challenger because his wife didn't like it.

Prefer new, but if I could save enough on a slightly used i'd be ok with that. Honestly, i don't prefer the 21's at all, but i haven't been able to find the blk/orange or CGM/orange in my area, also just thought i might be able to get a better deal from an individual instead of a dealer and it supposedly only has 2,800 mi.

I work in the financial market...i deal with it every day. Yes we are still in a sh*t sandwitch and jobs are not being created quickly enough..the government has overspent and we are going to be paying for it...inflation is going to rise etc...all I was saying is that there is data pointing to "some" improvement. But i dont want this to become a debate....so...hows your Camaro?

that's getting closer to a reasonable price, but I think it would need to go down at least another $2-3K before I'd go for it

the new V6 Mustang will become a price benchmark when it comes out in the spring; depends on how much they charge for those; but I don't think many people will pay more for a used V6 camaro than they can pay for a new V6 mustang
