I called Customer service and they gave me a real TPW!

Hey Everyone some good news! You can now call Chevrolet Customer service to check the status of your order since production has officially started. I called 800-222-1020 and spoke to a Monica. She put me on hold and came back with a TPW for me of 4/6/2009!

So give them a call and post your TPW

The Only thing is my dealer was giving me a TPP of (week of 3/16 or 3/23) Reality is 2 weeks later than expected, I can live with that , so heads up check with these guys too to be sure.

Its feels good to have a real TPW finally!!

Also, Sienas guestimate per RPO is TPW of 3/23 Both of our orders are still at 3000 as is siena on RPO's thread I wonder what the reality of that car is RPO?

Really? That's awesome if we can check our TPW. Do you think we would be able to check it if we are say...14 out of 15?

Guess sometimes you just get lucky. While I talked to a very nice lady, she was about as useful as tits on a nun. She couldn't even verify my 3400 event code status even though I have it sitting here in front of me. Oh well; tomorrow's another day.

Keeping the faith...

Thumbs down

The phone number is useless, not sure how someone got there tpw but he will be the only one, no one there has a clue as to whats going on. Not real happy with gm's customer service on this car so far. They need to get the site were we log in our code on our picture to track statis. I was told to call back once a week and see what they can find out.

it sure seems like the ratio could be better... just sayin....

Also, now that start of retail production is going, the info should get better. Ya can't really get down on them too much for info before our cars were even starting to get built.
