Head gasket blew. v6 Cam time?
My head gasket went in my car today so while I am in there how much more work would it be to do a swap a cam in it. I was looking at the gtp 2 cam from zzp. Would it be worth it, how much would it cost, and what would I need?

I have the gt2 and love it. To do head gaskets, your going to be changing all the same parts any way.
All new Gaskets get the new better lower intake metal gaskets. New timing chain and dampener New valve springs, at least #90 or higher Modified retainers for the springs New locks New reusable rocker bolts, stock are tty New crank and cam bolts, stock are tty It's also good to replace lifters while in there and pushrods. And you will need a good tune, mail order won't work I know. That's all I can think of right now.

Intense racing , zzp, the v6 fbody forums and the grandprix forum are great places to find the parts you need.
FYI you have to use your stock or a stock size rocker with the cam.

What can I expect to see as far as performance gains I have full bolt ons right now. Do you know any good tuners for the 3.8s?

You either need or need to know someone with hptuners, I was lucky when I found someone that was willing to ship me his cable back an forth to tune my car with, and Daniel Lewis on v6f-body.com was nice enough to help tune mine via text, phone and email scans until it was perfect.
His user name is http://v6f-body.com/member.php?u=64

Since I have to send my heads out to be resurfaced would it be worth it to get them ported a little.

Most do it at home, so yeah. only with those new valve springs, locks, retainers and valve seals.

Not without work, zzp is going to tell you to say with a stock rocker, I know I asked and the v6 forums are going to tell you the same, creates to much lift. You can do cam or rockers not both.
