That's Dexcool. Definitely the coolant reservoir. I don't see the washer fluid fill cap anywhere, but it is probably up against the radiator in the front somewhere, just buried below the hood line.

We are talking about the bottle all the way in the back (passenger side), not the cooling red fluid filled bottle.
I zoomed in to the original picture and the cap looks like it has the washer symbol.

I don't think a strut tower brace is needed anymore, look at the reinforcement bar between the strut tower and the frame behind the engine.

I think I see the oil fill cap under the driver's/left side tubing next to the engine cover. Weird, but I could be wrong. However, the dipstick on the LT1 Corvette is on the left side also. So I wonder if they changed it for the Camaro, as the Camaro's dipstick is on the passenger side.
