My 10.36 pass last Sun

As featured on Homepage.

Here is the video of my 10.36 @134.97. I hit the rev limiter from 1 to 2 my bad but was very pleased with the runs. We ran a 1.55 60 ft and I will post the slip soon.

Its a 468ci LSX with a CFN direct port jetted to 300shot. We have a FJO progressive controller bring in the shot slowly not to blow the drag radials off. We have some suspension and transmissions changes to make over the hoilday, and then back to the track to try to get a single digit pass. We are making just over 800 to the wheels right now, we might be going after a few more HP also.

Build:

LSX 468ci
Warhawk LS7x heads
Fast 102R intake
American Racing Headers 2" and x Pipe
Custom Cat back Borla mufflers
ARD 4l80E conversion (one piece driveshaft)
Hendrix Engineering Axles
Welded up rear end (thanks Brian aka Madman)
Cold Fusion Nitrous Direct port and Fuel system

The car is heavy we have not changed anything to lighten it, stock front wheels, brakes, suspension etc. Rollcage, drive shaft safey loop, iron block, etc. legal to 10.0's. Our goal is to go nines on drag radials at full weight. this off of tech, his mods.

Later
Owen

That thing must be making 1000 hp. And with 1 shift a powerglide transmission too! Its fast, but not really if it is a race car.

Nice run!!

Just a freindly tip that not many people know about.

NEVER do a burn out sitting on the water in the burn out box. Roll threw the water getting your tires wet but keep going making sure your wheels are out of the water. If you do a burn out in the water as your spinning your tires your spraying your entire wheel well full of water!!! Then when your sitting at the starting line that water in your wheel well is now dripping down onto your tires

Just something I learned from Pro Mod and Pro 5.0 racing

Strong run
You should post up your timeslip (along with your mod list) in the "official" 1/4 mile thread so you can be added to the list.
