Seat broken- anyone else have this problem?

So I get in my car to leave town after Somernights Powercrusie & notice the side of my seat does not look right. Once we get home closer inspection reveals a plastic tab on the inside of the plastic side piece upon which the seat adjusters are attached, is broken. This tab appears to have been hooked onto a metal piece on the seat holding the plastic part sungly against the side of the cloth seat. (see pics - sorry close up pics would not focus well. I include a pic of the other seat to show the difference) I'm guessing when I was not looking some (insert ugly word) car show attendee got in my car & upon getting out some part of their clothing got hooked on that plastic piece pulling & breaking it. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!! Okay, that makes me mad, but it is under warranty so I'll just get it fixed. Has anyone else had a problem like this? Can just the side piece be replaced or will I have to have a new seat?

I tried to look to see if there was a recall or a TSB about it but could not find anything. I will put a response on that thread to see if I get any further info.

This happened on the car I traded for my Camaro (07 Cadillac STS-V) it sat low too only happened when somebody rolled/slides off the seat to get out instead of lifting themselves up off the seat to get out the plastic side can't handle the pressure of weight I guess and the plastic trim piece would pop out I would look after anyone rode passenger side after they got out sometimes it happened some not I had to pop it back in it was very frustrating

Seat

I have 2010 and the drivers seat did the same last year and they said they fixed it. It is now the same the plastic keeper on the front of the seat which holds the entire front of the seat material to the frame comes loose. Took it in today I was told that there was a TSB for the seats but I cant find one out there. Does anyone know of the TSB? I dont want them hod ringing it to the frame or some stupid fix.
