LOVE this quote!

A huge THANK YOUto everyone who's helped and encouraged me on this thread. We had our big Camaro show
at the dealership today and I had lot's a people tell me how good I looked!!
Thank you Thank you Thank you. That makes it all worthwhile I even
referred a friend who needs to alter his diet because his cholesterol levels are too high.

Thanks again so much - I'm motivated to lose the next 5 lbs

It's important that you look good to yourself BUT when others notice it's even better lol. Another 5 lbs should be no problem but remember as your fat stores get lower your body tries to hang on to it so fat loss slows a bit. In the event you plateau in fat loss there are things we can do to jump start it if need be. I'm watching your progress closely!!

Still on the no snack and no eating after 7pm regimen. (since January)

After what seemed like forever, I finally passed the 30 lb loss plateau.
I've been fighting blood pressure issues for awhile now, Latest reading 128/80, so I'm making some headway. Thanks to all for this thread.

Hi everyone. It's good to see everyone's progress so far. I just got back from a trip to Disneyworld and with all of that walking and trying to avoid eating too much, I'm sad to report that I've gained a few pounds. I'll admit I've lost interest in the myfitnesspal app for awhile now so I think that will be my starting point.
The good news is that I fit in shorts I haven't worn for over 5 years so who knows. Maybe I need to readjust to my home food and give myself a few days to see if that makes any difference.
Not giving up though...

I'm sure you've heard the term yo-yo dieting. You've got to stay committed and you will get results. Now and then a cheat day is acceptable and if on a low carb diet it's needed but consistency is the ticket. Stick with it, if you goof up just put it behind you and keep focused on your goal and you will be successful.

3.8 more to get to 25 and then I'll re-evaluate
to see how I look and feel. I don't want to get

What the heck kind of question is that? LOL. Look around you, the average person at any height is way over weight. Go by what you want to look like and leave the number out of it,
