Solo HFC question

I got a set of solo midpipes used on here. Anybody know what size bolts I need to bolt them to stock manifolds? Thanks!

Aren't they threaded studs? I don't think solo cats are threaded are they?

The holes are the same on stock cats and the Solo cats, so if you are bolting up to stock manifolds, just use the nuts and or bolt/nut combo you remove from the stock stuff. The holes in new and old cats are just clearance holes without threads.

I dont know if its any different on ls3 from l99 but i couldnt reuse stock hardware on l99, the threaded studs are part of the pipe flange. I went to lowes and bought 3/8 1 1/2 long inch grade 5 bolts with 4 washers and 2 lock washers and 2 nuts and used permatex high temp ultra copper rtv as the gasket, i bought a used set from here and needed to buy all my own hardware, put 1000 miles on the setup so far no leaks no issues whatsoever.

This works. You can also call Solo and have them send a new gasket set.

The OE cats are a threaded stud. Solo high flow cats used a 13mm or a 15mm bolt, locking washer, nut combo.
