11 SS E Force winter build
Hello and thanks for reading. This is my first time ever creating a post on a forum so please be gentle. I have done much reading, so i appreciate all the threads you all have created to help newbies like myself
Car at time of purchase "me", had a heads and cam package, long tubes, "cats", exhaust, and an Edelbrock e force, fuel pump, 880 injectors. Since purchase i had the car at a local speed shop, for a checkup, a tune, and the necessary components to run E85. Let me say that i am not a mechanic, but i dove in headfirst for a wintertime freshen up, along with the plans in the addition of a truck mounted ice tank, new heat exchanger, and i would like to add a catch can. As of tonight, i pulled the blower, to find oil laying in the heads as pictured As you can see the front of the blower was loose, therefore allowing grime to travel underneath of it. What i am asking for help with, is the routing of the catch can lines with the set up that i have. I plan to purchase the EX2 from Elite, however instructions from the website seem to be for basic installs. I think i have everything figured out after much study from this forum. Thanks again for reading and offer any advice. Please feel free to ask questions, i have more as well |

Still lost....
the PCV system has been removed from the car.
As I see it the valley cover SHOULD have a port to connect to the INLET of a catch can, i don't have that port What I do have is a port off each valve cover, as pictured I also have two feed ports on the supercharger snout to receive clean air Can anyone lend a thought on hook up procedure for a catch can? I have the Edilbrock E-Forse S/C on my 2010 SS. Here are some pictures of my connection of the catch can, which is a Elite.
The hose is connected to the back of the left valve cover. The hose is connected to the air intake with the yellow band on it.
