Yes... to install the Havoc Diffuser, your rear bumper needs to be pulled off (quite easy to do) and the stock diffuser needs to be carefully pry'd out from the inside of the rear bumper... I say carefully due to all those notches & tabs. Installing the Havoc diffuser requires you to use a bunch of U-clips on the upper & lower tabs of the diffuser in order to firmly secure onto that factory mounting bracket. The stock diffuser has notched tabs while the Havoc does not... this is the difference. And a helper will be very very useful... a friend and I did mine... took us only 1.5 hours from start to finish.

another little trick ive learned along the way when dealing with these tabs, wich are all overe any trim peices is to heat them up a little with a blow dryer or a heat gun it softens the plastic so the tabs are not so brittle.

that one is easier its just the screws in the bottom and the 3m tape.. way too easy!
