HELP! Drove through a flood with Injen CAI

So I was on the highway and it starts down pouring. Flash flooding and I had to drive through about 6 inches of water and after about a 1/8 mile I started losing power and it sounded like it might stall. I pulled over and had my car towed to my apartment complex. I had to start the car to park it and It started right away with no engine light. Then it was a little shaky and almost sounded like it had a ghost cam or something. Engine light came back on.

Questions:

I know it isn't hydro-locked but will it be if I try driving it?

I'm stranded at college with no tools. Is it possible that it will dry out by itself?

Any input is highly appreciated. Thanks

Pull the plugs out and crank it over to get any of the remaining water out of the cylinders. Let the plugs, wires and coils dry out too, just to be safe.

If your intake picked up a little water and it runs rough, you've effectively steam cleaned the inside of the motor.

Pull the oil dipstick and see if the oil looks normal. If it's milky white, don't run the car. If it looks normal, you can drive it locally to see if matters improve. If they do, no tools are needed.

First thing I would do is remove the air filter which is likely soaked.
