What is the most recommended meth kit out there? How much meth is used on a monthly basis on a DD? Thanks guys.

Alky control.

2nd question is all over the place. Depends on power level, nozzle size, power adder, how you drive. I got through maybe 1 gallon a month. Kicks on at 5psi on my setup. I know others that go through 2-3 gallons a month, and people who barely use any. I pay $20 for 5 gallons at local speed shop or gas station. Go through maybe 10 gallons a year.

Well i did search but i guess i didnt find what I was looking for. What do you use for methanol? Is there an easier way to search the forum rather than looking at everysingle page for info?

I use 100% meth. Like I said, local fuel supply place or speed shop sells it for $20 for 5 gallons.

I ordered the ECS kit a few weeks back and decided to pay a little extra and have a meth kit installed. I know Alky comes highly recommended and is the one I purchased for my vehicle. I am anxious to see what a difference these two modifications will make.

I have the same set up and gained 40 HP with Meth and a new tune. I have a lot less heat soak during those hot Houston summers. You will be happy with it.

Here in the Great White North our -40 winter windshield washer fluid is high in methanol so most of us use that as it's dirt cheap.

Alky Control with 100% methanol. Usage depends on how much you are spraying,how you drive, etc.
