Will glossy black Ralley Stripes become available - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

After seeing Snoot's custom painted gloss black ralley stripes, I definately prefer the glossy finish over the flat black ralleys. Why would GM offer the black Ralley stripes only in a flat matte finish rather than glossy? Will GM offer the glossy option in the future? TIA!

Nope but someone here is going to be making them. TxTurbo I think but I could be wrong.

Yes they will be available. Whether or not they are available from GM is another story and the answer is probably no, at least not for a long while. I would look into 3rd party vendors or perhaps having the stripes painted on.

IMO, i think its a much better idea to wait for aftermarket for the stripes. 1. cheaper, 2. more options.

Would the flat black stripes become glossy in finish if the hood was clear-coated after installation of the stripes? TIA!

not a good idea, if you ever decided to remove the vynil and get painted stripes .... but the flat is classy

Rider Graphics will have them!! He makes good quality stuff. i am sure they will be available in just afew weeks.
