I am looking for a 60's Model Camaro that is running, it doesn't have to look very nice but it needs to run. My price range is $5000 Max. I am looking for a project car for my dad and I to restore. I live in Texas.

haha yes it will. I found one in Houston Tx for $5500 but it was in terrible shape rust everywhere.

However, to find one Running for $5k, you are going to get Rust.

To find a decent one without rust, you will get one without Motor and/or tranny...

You will have to pay more than 5k for a rolling shell. I have a '67 convertible #'s matching with 41k original miles, I'd let it go for 30k ish if you want one that needs nothing.

I have found ones completely restored for $10,000 that is just not in my price range

Good luck 5K is not going to get you much. Like stated above "rolling shell", save the $ and a ton of work and look for car's in the 10K range you will be $ ahead in the long run. I'm 10K and have not started the metal work yet. So another 10k and the car will be 75% done and 20K into it with about another 5k or more to go.
