I called my dealer yesterday, but he hasn't gotten the word to invite anyone yet. Nonetheless, I am trying to get off work anyway, just in case.

One guy said the pace car may be the Camaro convertible.

Has anyone else out there get an invitation to go, I know about 7 cars from Clinton/Decatur area are going, also I heard the the oldest Camaro owner Virgil Coffman will be there.

I think he's 102, I met him when he came to our Camaro Meet May 1st, he drives a Transformer Camaro, lives in Decatur, Il. I see him driving around the town some plus he goes to some car shows. He retired with GM and they flew him to their headquarters for some P.R.

Have fun for me considering i was invited to go today at noon and only live about 40 minutes away.
I read about this last week and should of said something to my dealership earlier but now my schedule has been set!

Does anyone have any more info on this day at the track. I can't seem to get any info on the days' activities and I'm going to call my dealer and tell him I'm not going to waste a day off if were just gonna hang out in the hot sun all day with nothing planned.

Same here, the owner picked up info yesterday but didnt want to go back to dealership to drop it off. So I had to wait till today and its an hour drive to get there. The waiting is killing me!

Arrive 8am
Sign in, meeting for details of the day
Parade lap with pictures passing the Yard of Bricks.
Park on Hulman Boulevard
Lunch/speakers in Chevy VIP area

Specifics to the Camaro/Corvette Event over at noon.

Otherwise free admission and primo parking for the rest of the days events at the track.
