Carbon Fiber Vinyl

Has anyone done or seen any carbon fiber vinyl work done on a black camaro? I am debating between cf rally stripes or hood spears, but I haven't seen either of them done. Pics please, if you have. Thanks.

I have seen the Carbon Fiber stripes applied on the 5th Gen Camaro and it looks BAD A$$. The only stipulation I have is that it must be the Realistic Raised Vinyl Carbon Fiber. I just got a $ quote from my local tint shop and can not wait to have them installed. I promise to post pics after I have them applied.

PM nightshades, they use 3m 1080 vinyl. I believe they have a group buy going on right now and black carbon fiber is on there

I actually have a buddy who will do it for free. He uses the 3M CF vinyl, but I don't want him to waste his time or product if I'm not going to like the result. I'd like to see pics before I have him do it. I saw a pic of a black camaro w/ a cf hood with stripes masked off and the hood painted black around them. That looked awesome, but I haven't seen the vinyl, aside from nightshades TF3 style stripes.

Very cool. I was actually thinking about doing my interior accents and spoiler as well if I liked the look. How hard was it to mold it to your bezels? It looks great. Thanks for the pics.

It looks good the carbon fiber but if you have any other Vinly that is not carbon fiber on the car it will clash big time. That's why I did not do mine.

Honestly it wasnt easy but it wasnt super hard either. Just a lot of patience and a blow dryer, lol! I had blisters on both thumbs after doing it bc you heat and rub over and over. I get a lot of compliments on it.

It will look great, although only if you do not have any hydro-dipped or actual carbon fiber pieces. All three look very nice alone, but if you mix they won't match at all...

Awesome. Thanks for the input everyone. I don't have any other vinyl on the car so everything would be cf. Looking at doing either the stripes or hood spears, bowties, possibly spoiler, bezels, and am seriously considering doing the rear diffuser. Also probably do some interior accents. Angie7, you should definitely post pics once your stripes are on. Thanks again.

I have carbon fiber vinyl hash stripes on my black SS. I went with the Hexis vinyl from Headlight Armor.
