6K isn't bad for 150+rwhp. Very clean looking unit. I would probably go with this after about a year.

OK, now somebody figure out a cowl induction hood/airbox setup that's functional so the filter's not sitting on top of all that heat. (It'd certainly look better.)

ProCharger makes a good pitch as always, but I really want to see a dyno chart accompanied with a quarter mile video. I think that would make the best case.

ProCharger has traditionally represented a great product. I'm sure that will continue.

On a more critical note, I hope that someone can make that intake functional. I can't imagine the placement being worse.

It'd be nice to see dyno' numbers from an SS but the numbers from the 'Vette look pretty promising. These numbers (from the crank from what it looked like) look like they'd be pretty close to what some roots/screw-type lungs offer.

Pretty cool

Carb exempt and 50 state legal really makes this look like an option for us California cars.

Its the same on a stang. I have seen people use a shorty filter, that fits right behind the S/C..but there is really not a whole lot of room to go anywhere else.

How is that intake sucking anything other than extremely hot engine heat?

That is what the intercooler is for. It doesn't matter where the air is coming from, it gets cooled before it goes into the intake.

Granted, it would be nice if it pulled colder air, but really doesn't make a difference with an intercooler.

Go to there site and look at the different sizes & shapes they have.

Too bad about the air filter location, that is the first thing I saw when I looked at the pics and it is an eye sore.
Yeah, thats the 1st thing I saw too. It just doesnt look like it belong right there.
