Similar experience so far. Dealer had my car for the day on the 8th - after ordering the replacement part. It did not fix it, and I am still waiting for the correct line to ship in so that they can fix the car.

They have not shared any PNs yet, but I will share paperwork once the repair is complete.

I am still in limbo waiting for the part.
I hope the strike doesn't affect suppliers.

Picked up my car today for this repair. No more rattle. I had them change my oil and diff fluid. Looks like they put the wrong diff fluid in.

Lots of bad luck going around with these 2023s!

How long was your car there. Last I checked local dealers were backlogged 3-4 days.

Was going to take it for the diagnosis this week but the weather forecast was not good. The noise is getting really random. It'll be at one stoplight and gone at the next. That C8 disaster video didn't help either

Mine still dies out after about 20 seconds of a cold start to next to nothing.

LOL, this same thing happened to me. The dealer was pushing their “upgraded fluid” which they didn’t tell me before they did it. Anyhow, I now have 2 diff fluid changes

Anyhow, my rattle is gone and it is glorious!! it was a game changer for enjoyment of this car.

Picked up my car today. Rattle is gone now. Looks like that part swap is the legitimate fix.

Best of luck to the folks still waiting on their dealership/parts.

Glad your car is finally fixed. I called the service advisor this week and he said they’re still waiting on the part. He said the strike hasn’t been affecting parts delivery yet. The fuel line has been on order for over a month.

Yeah, I'm going to be ticked myself if I have to leave it for half a week at a dealer and they can't hear it. I'm holding out and hoping for slow repair week for them.

It’s helped me to work with the service advisor and find out a time to bring the car in for service. I was able to wait while they diagnosed the problem. I also hate leaving it for repairs.

Please tell me what they did to fix issue I have a 2023 it’s been doing it since I’ve purchased but dealer I took it to seemed to not care and just blamed it on custom exhuast. Going to take it to new dealer any idea on what I should tell them to check out?
