I am making just under 650RWHP with the ZL1 pump, ADM FPCM, and ID-850's. The lowest my fuel pressure drops to is around 55 PSI at 6400RPM logging with HP Tuners. You need to change the high flow fuel pressure setting in the tune. I have mine set at 67 PSI minus the 10 pounds of boost = ~57 PSI.

Before my BAP, the ZL1/ADM combo maxed out at 12 psi boost at 6200 with my mods in sig. No spray. Pressure was dropping as you describe. I since added a MSD BAP programmed by Jannetty and the fp now holds even with a 100 shot of nitrous.

No. If you are seeing 55 psi on a gauge or on the datalog, that is the rail pressure. You then subtract 10 from that so your injector tips are spraying at 45 psi. It lives because the injectors are opening more to make up for the pressure drop. If it is commanding 67 but your gauge or datalog is showing 55 then the fuel supply setup is maxed.

Again it is fine if the injectors are large enough to open up and make up for the pressure drop. Small injectors = boom. Don't mod more until you get the pressure up with a BAP or other setup.

If all the data is entered correctly it will raise fuel pressure,if its stock than it will not send the correct data to our controller.

On a side note -anything near this hp level requires our dual fuel pump system. The ops car requires 900 flywheel hp worth of fuel delivery and that is no were near what a zl1 pump could ever keep up with. The 2.3 liter blower requires near 100hp to turn to that boost, the auto and rear eats 18-20 percent...The math adds up!

The ecm fuel control data is on our website under FPCM.It is available to anybody that needs it.

I would be happy if it maintained 50psi!!
I'm right at 700rwhp Maggie Max 2/ID 1000's/ZL pump/ADM FPCM + BAP/JRE Tune

Yep the correct fpcm data is in the tune.

SMOKEDSS,
If you are concerned about this issue, than we are too. We have been intouch with andy to make sure everything is correct for his fpcm to work properly. With these injectors perhaps it is maxing out this setup. We have run more hp with this setup, BUT every car is different. These injectors flow a good bit more than the stock maggie injectors.

I would like to add though, that the wot a/f is perfect , but again, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your expectations

I'm at 700+ RWHP with ZL1 pump, ADM FPCM, Cammed, Kooks LTs, ALKY Meth, ID 850s, I could go on & on....Cunningham Motorsports did all the work, never misses a beat. perfect levels all through power curve.
