Thanks guys, I am another installer working on Mr. Robertson's Camaro and the one taking all these pictures.

Here are some updates:

Tinted the sidemarker lenses as well as the backup light lens

one coat

after 3 coats. this left the darkest tint without shutting out all the light.

wiring for the trunk

dyed the trunk liners black to match the new trunk set up

amp rack in red suede

more suede

red LED's in and amp rack faceplate fitting

mock up with the lights on

mock up again

had the car back up on jack stands to do the led under body kit

there will be more additions soon. the ipad mount is taking shape and there are a few more goodies we need to work on.

What exactly did you use to spray these?

I want to do this to all my lights as well. You can't put tint or a cover over them in this state as it will not pass inspection.

Thanks!

After you were finished spraying the side markers etc do they look like someone went and painted them or do they actually look pretty good on the car?

If done correctly they should look factory and just blend right into the car. In this case we had to point it out to the vehicle owner because they just blended in and thus were reletively unnoticeable.

So as Tony said, there will be more updates coming, but really there isn't much we can show right now. Frankly the audio system is done, the body kit is done, the grilles are done, the led lighting is done, custom on star retention is done, and really the only other major loose end to be tied up is the Ipad mount and one other minor surprise. We decided to incorporated the HVAC controls into Ipad peice just the other day so that readjusted schedules a touch.

Also we are exploring patent and mass production options of the piece so we are probably going to have to withhold any more pics of the actual Ipad build until final decisions are made.

All that said, keep an eye out b/c this car is rowdy and we want to share it here first (well after the ower gets it of course) before it starts showwing up in publications. . . .

If you guys patent and produce that iPad mount, I will be first in line. That sounds amazing.

If you can produce a IPad mount for the camaro and intergrate the HVAC controls into the IPad I will be first or even second in line
