Entered the Merritt BC car show today. Sure got a lot of questions from people in a smaller town that had not seen them. There were mom's taking pictures with the kid's standing in front of the car. Some brought over lawn chairs and wanted to know more.

Headed north for home in Kamloops and suddenly we were joined by a black 69 RS. He worked his way up to me at the lead and for 45 minutes we traded 1st and 2ND position up front on the Coquihalla AT 115 AND 120.

Not sure what was under the hood but suspect his rear gears were tall.

We had some fun and each of us respected the others heritage. Got some good looks from those who passed.

I love those moments in long drives. Where you find a companion who will share the speeds with.
