They were great until I went from 22" wheels to the ZL1 wheels with 285/35/20 tires. Now my car is too low to go up them with the ZL1 front end, could be the KWs too, lowered around 1.5". Haven't ben able to use them since, lot of money wasted.
You can get low profile extenders.

I was wondering if they made something like that, I might have to get them if I can cope with having spent $345 on ramps!

If your car isnt lowered or no body kit, rhino ramps work just fine, and they are $45

Before you buy check out http://www.raceramps.com/xtenders-fo...ace-ramps.aspx and make sure they will work for you first. They tell you how to measure your car to see if your car will clear the ramps.

And can deal with the constant sliding. Rhino ramps are way too light and will slide on any semi smooth surface.

On another note, wish I had the money to spend on this...http://www.amazon.com/Race-Ramps-RR-...ramps+pit+stop

I bought these

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/bti-rr-tj-s/overview/

Low cost and allows me to get enough clearance for my floor jack. My car is 1" lowered with tires that have a 26.5 height. close to same size as z/28 tire height

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'm not getting them if you still have to use jack to get under them. I already bought a low profile jack for $300 that gets under it, but just barely.

$2500 is a lot for ramps lol. Like someone said thats close to price of a lift.

I have the 8" two piece race ramps and love them. Gets the car high enough to work on the underside without jacks and stands. I also have a tip trailer and they make loading so much easier since the trailer is flatter than when I used heavy planks of wood. I still have to drive up on a piece of wood to safely get a jack under it for tire changes though. I love the light weight! No clearance issues at all with lowering springs and GFX.

I agree.... Do not waste your money on the Rhino Ramps, They Slip and Slide and could cause damage....

My Car is lowered and I have No Problem with the Race Ramps.. I would get the extenders if you really need them.

Okay so you can get under them and do work with just the 8 inch ramps. This is what I was worried about! Thanks, I will order them tomorrow then.

And for those of us that don't have the room to have a lift, it's a moot point.

I also have the 56" two piece ramps, and love 'em. They have plenty of clearance for my Camaro and my son's lowered truck.
Definitely worth the money, for safety and ease of use.

True. But that's still a bunch of money. Which was really my point.

BTW... my garage is literally 2" too short for a lift. I wouldn't spend that money on those things.
