2013, thats as easy as installing the stripes on the roof and then cutting the vinyl around your sunroof and remove. easy as pie.

My sunroof was installed aftermarket on my LS from dealership so has roof indents and sunroof. Won't be that easy :/

Yes, it still that easy. you just install like the pictures above (over the glass etc) then trim around the glass sunroof and then remove vinyl that was laid on the glass and you're completed. (I install vinyl locally)
