just woundering ......what days is everyone meeting??? im down to got o RPM and to power swain.....i just need to know the for sure date and times.....

The earliest we can do it is Oct 24, is that day open for everyone?, if not the next date would be Nov 14. If we go on the 24th, I'll need to let Gary know by Friday.

Best I can make of all the previous info is that there's going to be a Car Show and Dyno pulls at RPM in Garner on Oct 31st. Is that right Aaron? Is this open to what year cars? Where can the details be found? If this is a fundraiser I'd assume we'd want to have a good turnout, but this is the first I've heard. Advertisement is key to these events especially when there are always multiple events competing on the same weekends usually. We put on a show last year at Walnut Creek that brought in over 300 cars and between that and a BBQ sale, we raised over $60,000 for a cancer patient. We put out 3-5000 flyers over the period of 5 months to promote it.

Nov 14 is the 3 day Carolina Collector Autofest at the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh........turnout might be low for anything that day. I know myself and my classic car buddies are getting a spot to move some parts hopefully and will probably take my 68 there.

Its actually on the 24th of Oct, but other than that you got it right. It is open to all f-body cars as well as 5th gen camaros. There will be trophys to be had and a grill on hand, so bring whatever you want to cook. We dicided to have people bring their own food and drink so that we could donate more money to the group.

I think the 31st should be good for a meet at PS Chevy. Man it seems like we are going to be busy with car stuff almost every weekend.........I love it.

I did confirm with PS chevy today on Oct 31 from 10 am till 1 pm. They will have some giveaways and food maybe!. They are looking forward to this event and I hope we can have a good showing. Again this is for all generation Camaros.
