Lean Fuel Code - Again

I installed a Roto Fab CAI back in June, within 2 weeks ended up with a lean fuel code. Found a vacum leak, fixed it, cleared code all good. Today, sitting at starbucks another CEL pops up. Lean fuel again, haven't made any performance changes and it has been two months. Any idea what could cause it? I checked all connections, and they seem to be fine.

Does the tune that comes with the Edelbrock account for the cai?

Hi Guys - It has the Edelbrock Tune that came with the supercharger. Tune was without CAI, we had stock intake when SC installed. I guess I will see if I can make minor adjustments to the tune without having to have a whole custom tune put in her.

Your sure the MAF sensor is in good, and not leaking air past it? I've seen that a couple times.
The customer screwed it in, and ended up stripping the screw holes, which eventually worked loose and leaked unmetered air in, causing lean codes.
