REQUEST: 1st gen "NOSE" stripe on 2010?

Can anyone photoshop a black 2010 SS with the nose stripe from the 67-68 SS? I've attached a pic as an example. I'm not sure if it would work with the lines of the 5th gen, but I'd love to see if it is at all possible. I am sorry but my skills in PS are nonexistent :( I'd appreciate anyone willing to help.

visit the WIKI page in my signature.

go the the aftermaret section then > exterior section.

I just updated it . The stripes are called 1968 SS style decals.

I'll be adding pics as we speak.

afterwards feel free to discuss and ask questions here.

Thanks for the info!

...hmm yeah I guess it can't really wrap around like on the 1st gens. There is really nowhere to end the stripe if you were to go straight down on the 5th gen. It would look stupid if the stripe continued to the bottom of the bumper, in my opinion.

yeah but I like the way these guys did it.
Although they used V6.
I want to see it on the SS.

I like the basic idea of what they tried to do (use the '68, instead of '67 bumblebee stripe), but I don't like the execution. Seems too blocky to me. Reminds me of LEGO somehow.

Personally, I'd prefer one of these (although for the '67 style, I'd stop the stripe at the gap):

Yeah, pretty much. Shame, since the bumblebee stripe may be one of my favorites on the first gens.

Instead of haveing the bumble stripe come down straight on the sides, how about having them wrap out around the frond of the bumber right under the light ledge and maybe narrow to a thiner line connecting in the front? That would look much better in my opinion, and I have seen it on ebay advertised, but I can't find it again....

I had to have new pieces made for around the wheel well opening. Original kit had stripe stop at outside fender line.

I was wondering about that, since I have the same nose stripe. And I was also wondering if adding hood spears with this stripe would be too much. Thanks for posting pics.
