RS Package

Okay I have searched and haven't found everything that is in the RS Package. From what I understand I think it includes...
  • HID Headlamps (Halo Lights)
  • Rear Spoiler
  • Darker Taillights
  • RS Badge
  • 19 and 20" wheels
Is their something I am missing? Also, how much does this package add to the value?

i think its like a $1600 package.. but somebody will clarify. the RS headlights alone are $900/light So its worth it if you want the lights and you wont be buying them separately! So some people do the eagle eye headlights(like i did) and you can find those off ebay for $400 for BOTH headlights. Or you can find somebody selling them on here for a descent price

I did it on kbb, the value went from $18,826 to $20,326.
I don't have a new Camaro so I don't want the price difference of the newer ones, it may be the same but I don't know for sure.
I am more concerned about what the RS package includes.

This is directly off of Chevrolet.com

The RS Package for your LT or SS Coupe includes: and is $1375

• 20" painted aluminum wheels in Midnight Silver, measuring 20" x 8" in front and 20" x 9" in rear.
• High-intensity discharge headlamps, each ringed with an LED halo
• Body-color roof ditch molding for a subtle but distinctive styling detail.
• Shark-fin antenna is body-color with this package.

On 2LT and 2SS models, included with available Dusk Special Edition.

That's weird because when I added the Halo lights to the value on KBB, it didn't change.

Anniversary Edition Camaros include the RS package, but have some detail differences too, such as unique wheels, darkened tail light bezels, same color molding on roof, 45th emblems on door sills, seats and floor mats, unique paint and have the Halo HID lights, and shark fin antenna.

don't forget the "better" tires on those 20" wheels, but they aren't good if you gotta drive it in the snow.

If your ordering a new Camaro, for sure get the RS package. I didn't and that is the only thing about my car that I keep kicking myself about. I really wish I would have ordered it.

I may be trading up soon, and if I could add the RS package to increase value of my car without spending more than what it would gain. I would do it, the only thing I wouldn't get is the wheels.

Did you already have the "RS Package" checked? HID lights are included in the RS package.

No I did three of them, one with all my options. Another with my options + HIDs, and another with my options + RS package.
It only changed when I added RS package.

Another RS feature is the speed limiter is set higher (150 mph I think).

Shockingly they do not advertise this.

FYI this will not increase the value of the car on KBB. The RS vin code is what KBB is increasing the value off of not the parts per say. I also dont see how you will get body color roof ditch molding on the car, all said and done you will prbly spend more to put the RS parts on then KBB is increasing the value for.
