Did you install it yourself? That is going to be my plan since I know a lot of good car guys, and we have no reputable shops here.

Nope just gutted mine today... and OP... like i said they're others that are SC'd that have spacers with no problems to my knowledge but at the same time i do know of some where it messed up their tune, gave them misfires, leaked air etc. best bet would be to get another gasket instead of using gasket maker...

plan on doing the install myself, lot of others have done it. IPF gives very detailed instructions.

Didn't affect my mileage at all, except when I floor it, which I tend to do more often now.

I installed mine myself. You can do it too.

No, you'll need to have the fuel adjusting at varible speeds, 1800rpm on the freeway I get 33MPG, before the SC I was getting 35MPG, not much different.
