I don't rotate my tires. I don't want them all wearing out at the same time.

Hello. New guy here. Have been reading forums a while though. Anyone else curious about the RS specific tail lamps? Maybe something similar to this artists renderings. I mean GM really seems to be doing there best to listen and all I've heard from peers is "those damn tail lights...".

I don't think those RS taillamps will be offered. The housing is completely different. Unless GM can come up w/ a whole new way of removing the housing which....IMO...just isn't going to happen. There's bodywork between the two lamps on either side. BIG money to have that changed.

You're crazy. Tires will not wear the same if they're not rotated. I have two cas as proof

With the Camaro having offset tire/wheel sizes tire rotation won't be possible of they're directional treads on the tires. If the treads are the same you can at least swap right for left. This may or may not be an issue depending on what type of diff the car comes with, i.e. how good the posi.

Talking

Tis true.BUT. On page 2 of the Reference Guide it does specifically say "RS specific tail lamps. It may be a reach but...different bumper to house the RS specific tail lamps? Wonder what that means towards looks.Either way there will be an aftermarket kit for this and other changes. Oh. and I won't be tampering with anything on my Camaro. Just doesn't seem right. All stock minus easy HP+.

RS specific tail lamps are a deeper/darker red lens than the non-RS tail lamps. That's all. Same design.

rolnslo, Are there any pics for comparison? I think I have every 2010 camaro pic online out there saved(just love the Camaro sooooo much!). I haven't noticed a difference.

Unfortunately, the only pictures that have been released of the production model are the RS models so we have no non-RS tail lamp pictures to compare the RS to right now.

From what I have read the RS lamps will have a "faux" LED look and the regular will just have the normal faceted look.

That's because we Americans as a whole are fat glutens. Gotta fit the 7-11 Big Gulp in there.
