need REAL carbon fiber

hey guys, im lookin for real carbon fiber interior set up, both door panels, dash bezel both trip pieces and a center console/ gauge cluster.

now i have seen a few companies that make just the center console or just the door pieces,
is there any company that makes them all?
i just want them to mach, i know carbon fiber is carbon fiber, but some look different than others.

also ive heard some very bad things about Concept Fiber Interiors,
witch unfortunately is the only company that makes all the parts i need,
so could you guys help me out with some info

This guy makes awesome stuff and can do what ever you want. People here have bought and used his stuff and they are all happy from what I have heard. He has a FB page that he uses more and has more pics.

The problem is that a lot of these companies go out of business because of the high cost to make each part and then they don't sell enough.

^^ this right here is the answer. Carbon Fiber is very expensive to work with (doing it the right way). You can find the kits to "DIY" where you basically just lay material and resin for cosmetic pieces.

Even a lot of the pricey aftermarket CF pieces I have seen are pretty iffy. Fit and finish have been somewhat questionable and durability in the sun/heat can also be a problem.

Production of actual structural carbon pieces requires engineering, vacuum molding & heat or large autoclaves and time. As an example, A belly pan from an IRL car that measures approximately 4 square feet can cost upwards of $12,000. I could get the interior pieces made for you, but they would be a one off custom piece and they would be very expensive.

As someone who has done a fair share of carbon fiber work...

All carbon fiber parts are individually hand crafted - there's a lot of places for things to go wrong, and everyone demands flawless masterpieces.

People also don't understand how long it takes, the amount of elbow grease, the large start of cost, etc.

On top of all that, carbon fiber is extremely hazardous to your health.

Yet no one wants to pay up to make all of these cons worth it.
