In December I purchased a gloss black tail light panel blackout kit from Reflective Concepts.
When I opened it apperaed to be semi matte, but I though that might just be the nature of the vinyl used.
I tried to install it and it was junk, it ended up stretching and I finally took it back off and threw it away and cut my losses.
I lef them feedback based on my experience on the site I purchased the items through.
WITHIN A DAY they had reached out to me and asked what they could do. I told them pretty much nothing, but they sent me TWO replacement kits anyway.
When I opened the replacement they were GLOSSY. I waited for a warmer day for installation in my garage and using the exact same method of installation as with the first kit, the replacement kits installed effortlessly and flawlessly.
