It may be totaled but it is repairable. It will live again with a salvage title.

Yah it could be fixed up real nice with some good quality aftermarket parts and be a beast on the road and even better than new, somebody could get a good deal and go to town on it.

Good Luck with your search OP

Well I hate to say it, but if some turd hits me and it looks like that, the insurance better total it, I plan on going 200+ in mine next year or so, and I don't care who rebuilt it, no way I'd do it in a car that had been hit like that.

Add me to the list , for what I'm seeing , it's not a totaled car
Wait till the appraiser show up , and this car will be going strait to the shop

In order to total a vehicle now, repair costs have to equal 100% of the vehicles value. 50% is where they state a Declaration of Depreciation. Here are some pictures of the damage:
Mine looked worse than yours last month after contacting a cement divider. New front bumper, new front fender, new door, new rocker, new control arms, tie rod end, a little plastic added to the quarter panel, Paint, and both left wheels replaced at $750 ea. plus the tires and total was $8037. Al GM parts.

I have a hunch the adjuster is the one that totaled it. There may be hidden chassis damage we can't see. What's the value of a 2010 LT these days? $12K in damage could total it?

BTW, I say use the $30K plus and get an SS, you will love it.
