I always liked nice cars, but I was never really a car enthusiast. I didn't really care how much horsepower a vehicle had, how well it cornered, or much else besides how comfortable I felt in the car.

I got a sales job at Chevrolet, and figured I should probably be able to talk like I have a passion cars, so I watched Top Gear every day for the next week.

6 weeks later, I bought my Camaro.

That was three days and 300 miles ago. I love my car, and viewing the builds on this site, I can tell that you all love your Camaros too. That alone made me want to be a part of this community.

I'm already drooling at some of your vehicles, and looking to see how I can make mine into my own. As I have 0 mod experience, I would really appreciate any direction I can get to some simple mods that I can start out with. For the moment, I am more focused on the cosmetic mods, i'll catch the performance up later =D

Mods to come soon:

Purple Rally Stripes
Bowtie Decal Cover (White or Purple, unsure atm)
New Speakers / subwoofer
Interior restyle

Congrats on the car I cant imagine what would happen if I worked at a car dealership haha every penny of my pay check would be going right back to chevy haha. Great color choice man

I'm not really sure where to start. I am going to photoshop my car today with some different stripes on it. Right now, i'm debating between using decals or plasti-dip for the stripes. Any feedback?

I also want to repaint the silver interior pieces. Any tips on what paint to use?

Look through my build thread i have done all kinds of interior stuff from doing them in white suede to leather to painting them, its your call and as far as stripes I would do them in vinyl they arent that expensive and they last way longer and more durable if you do decide to keep them, just my .02

I watched Top Gear to be able to talk as if I was a car enthusiast, instead I ended up becoming one.
