the right tire for the wheel?
Ok so I'm thinkin bout putting 19x9.5 foose wheels on my LT and was wondering what a good tire would be (brand and measurements). I'm liking the medium profile look but really wanna consider performance as well. Any input is appreciated.

That's the exact same size I have. 275/40 19's fit perfectly. I got the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's which are excellent tires at a very reasonable price.

I think I'm actually gunna go with the 19x8.5 with the +35mm offset instead. Think that a 245/50-19 tire would fit that and not look like a giant bubble like the stocks? Or do you recommend a different measurement for that particular wheel?
By the way, Doc, did you stagger your wheels? Appreciate the help! Last edited by lamontoclese; 09-27-2010 at 09:06 PM. |
